Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with ActiveGeo. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
Don’t use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), deceptive, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
2. Prohibited activities
Don’t attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls; don’t probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission; don’t scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service or its API; and don’t use automated means to create accounts or farm free credits.
3. Fair use of AI and the API
Use generation features and API keys reasonably. Excessive automated use that degrades the Service for others, or that is designed purely to consume resources, is not permitted. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens stability or security.
4. Publishing responsibility
You are responsible for any content you publish using the Service, including checking it for accuracy, originality, and compliance with the rules of any platform you publish to.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
